Membership and sign-in
Member access is for approved Kumo community phone numbers. Open the Member tab and sign in using your registered phone number and password. To join, contact Kumo through WhatsApp. If you forgot your password, ask Kumo for a reset code, then use Forgot password in the app. Never send your password to support.
Products and orders
Browse the catalog and use Mau dongs! to prepare an item for sharing with Kumo. Choose WhatsApp and confirm Send yourself. Prices use Kumo’s thousands-of-rupiah display: IDR 865 means Rp865.000, and IDR 2.585 means Rp2.585.000. Orders and payment arrangements take place with Kumo through WhatsApp; the app does not process payments.
Account deletion
To permanently delete your app account, open Member, tap Delete account, and confirm. This removes the app account, associated member activity and your phone number from the membership whitelist. If you cannot sign in, contact Kumo for assistance. Deleting your app account does not delete WhatsApp conversations or order records outside the app.
Reporting a problem
Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and what happened. You may send a screenshot after hiding private information. Do not send passwords or activation/reset codes.

Bantuan Bahasa Indonesia: Hubungi email atau WhatsApp di atas untuk bantuan masuk akun, keanggotaan, produk, pesanan, atau penghapusan akun. Untuk menghapus akun sendiri, buka Member → Delete account lalu konfirmasi. Jangan kirim password kepada siapa pun.
